The Thai Tourism Authority revealed and launched a long under development project this week, the Thailand Traveler Voice platform, a review platform for tourists in both Thai and English.
The platform is designed for tourists to give feedback and reviews on business across Thailand in three major categories:
1. Sanitary Standards from Safety and Health Administration (SHA)
2. Safety Standards
3. Providing appropriate services for customers in various aspects such as price, quality and customer service, etc.
However, the program is not for all businesses, as it is an opt-in program. Registration for interested businesses to be reviewed and join the program can be found here.
The Thai Tourism Authority hopes that the program will allow visitors to participating businesses to provide honest, constructive feedback and reviews as well as help improve the level of service.
Many partners have already joined the program including Siam Paragon, Kerry Express Central Pattana, Emquartier, Siam outlets in Bangkok and many more.
The Pattaya News notes that the actual review section of the platform, despite an English option, appears to be mostly in the Thai language and may be difficult for a non Thai speaker or reader to understand. The actual review portion can be found here: https://korbok.com/TTV.
Additionally, TAT has done a special promotion where all review submitters will get a chance to win one of five iPhone 12 Pro Max devices. The list of winners will be announced on the 15th of January, 2021.
