Bangkok, Thailand-
The Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA), through a spokesperson, announced this morning that entertainment venues, such as bars and nightclubs, must close from tomorrow, April 10th, for fourteen days. This would take the closure through at least April 23rd, 2021.
The announcement was made by Dr. Phanprapha Yongtrakul, Assistant Spokesperson of the CCSA, at 11:30 A.M. this morning at a daily press conference by the CCSA and confirmed on the official CCSA Twitter account.

This means that bars and nightclubs in 41 provinces will need to close, effective from tomorrow. (But not today.) Some provinces, like Chiang Mai, have already made the decision to close entertainment venues.
Chonburi is planning to meet at 2:00 P.M. this afternoon where there should be more clarification on rules locally. (For instance, if massage shops are included, as there have been mixed messages on this, and if there will be any alcohol ban at restaurants.)
