Thailand-

The Kingdom of Thailand now has a total of 63 provinces (and Bangkok) with mask mandates when out of one’s home or one could face a fine of up to 20,000 baht based on the severity of the offense.

This includes when driving in your vehicle with more than yourself (and some provinces are reportedly enforcing even driving alone.) It does not matter if the other people in the vehicle are household members.

There are also not officially exceptions for exercising or other measures, as the overall message is “wear a mask at all times when not in your home. The new measures even require tv presenters to wear one at all times as they are in studios with other people and to, according to the Thai government, set a good example. Wearing a mask also means full coverage of one’s mouth and nose, not wearing on a chin or leaving the nose uncovered, according to Public Health Ministry advice.
