Bangkok –

Pro-democracy activists were planning to organize a flea market today, July 2nd, at 4:00 P.M. onwards in front of the Government House for local businesses and everyone who has been affected by the Government’s latest orders to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

The Ratsadon group yesterday afternoon, July 1st, has announced a marching rally from Uropong Intersection before staging a flea market at the Government House at 4:00 PM. tomorrow.

They also invited everyone to participate and sell their products at the demonstration in order for them to have the space to earn income during the government’s Covid-19 orders, particularly the closure of restaurants and bars/nightlife.

All demonstrators are advised to wear face masks, wash their hands with an alcohol gel, and strictly perform social distancing at all times throughout the protest.
