Moreover, a strong southwest monsoon is forecast to prevail across the Andaman Sea, the South, and the Gulf of Thailand, causing isolated heavy to very heavy rain in the South. A strong wind will also be possible in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand during the period.

The waves in the Andaman Sea are about 2-3 meters high and in thundershowers above 3 meters high in the Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers, and small boats should keep ashore.
