Thai actor Papangkorn “Beam” Lerkchaleampote dies in his sleep at 25-years-old, medical team preliminarily says cause was heart failure

Thai actor Papangkorn “Beam” Lerkchaleampote has died in his sleep at a condominium building in Bangkok on Wednesday, March 23rd. His agency reported the cause of death was heart failure as confirmed by the medical team.

According to the local media, his mother came to wake him up in his bedroom but there was no response. She then checked on him in the room and was shocked to find that he was not breathing.

He was immediately delivered to a hospital but had failed to resuscitate.

As of today, Beam’s agency revealed that the medical team who arrived at the scene had preliminarily revealed that the cause of death was heart failure.

“Beam’s mother did not question the cause of death. However, an autopsy was ongoing and the results would come out in about 3 weeks,” the agency reported.

Beam was a Thai actor for several local TV series and movies, including Nong Mai Rai Borisut, Sleepless Society: Bedtime Wishes, Mister Merman, Project S The Series, and Bang Rachan, Blue Wave. He was best known for his leading role in Thailand’s first Netflix series ‘The Stranded’ and his role of Coach “Ek” in Netflix’s Thai Cave Rescue Limited Series.
