Pattaya police issued two arrest warrants for two Chinese suspects who allegedly abducted a 40-year-old Chinese national from Pattaya Walking Street and amputated his finger for a ransom.

Our previous story:

A 30-year-old suspect in the abduction-ransom of a Chinese man in Pattaya has been nabbed in Bangkok’s Ekamai district today, November 1st.

Now for our update:

The Pattaya Provincial Court on Tuesday, November 1st, issued two arrest warrants for 30-year-old Chinese suspect Mr. Zhang “Tatao” Delong and another Chinese suspect, Mr. Zhang Weje, for allegedly kidnapping, detaining, and causing harm to Mr. Ren Heibo for a ransom.

Tatao had already been arrested and is currently detained for overstaying in Thailand for more than 400 days on a student visa, according to Pattaya police. He still denied both allegations as of press time.
