Thai royal doctors stated that Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati still has not regained consciousness due to her heart conditions.

In the third official statement since the Royal Princess fell ill, issued on January 8th, the Bureau of the Royal Household said that royal doctors attributed Her Royal Highness’s sudden unconsciousness to severe heart arrhythmia caused by inflammation of the heart after a mycoplasma infection.

Her Royal Highness remains unconscious, said the bureau, and is receiving antibiotics under close monitoring. Royal doctors are also using equipment to support the function of her lungs and kidneys.
