Man Arrested In Kathu With 22,406 Meth Pills and a Half-Kilogram of Crystal Meth

A suspect has been arrested with 22,406 methamphetamine pills and 570.59 grams of crystal methamphetamine in Kathu district.

The Phuket Provincial Police told the Phuket Express that on Friday (January 20th) they have arrested Mr. Prasit ‘Sit’ Kunlarat, 42 from Phuket.

Seized from him were 22,406 methamphetamine pills and 570.59 grams of crystal methamphetamine.

He was arrested at a hut near the Bang Ward Dam in Kathu. He was taken to Kathu Police Station to face charges of illegal possession of Category 1 drugs with intent to sell.
