Thief Breaks Into Famous Thai Actress’s House in Phuket

Phuket –

A thief broke into a famous Thai actress’s house in Phuket and allegedly stole a hundred thousand baht or about 3,000 USD.

The famous Thai actress Napakpapa ‘Ma Mee’ Nakprasit posted on her personal social media this week stating that a thief who was caught on CCTV footage broke into her luxury house in a housing estate in Cherng Talay, Thalang on the night of April 17th.

The housing estate had an expensive security system but it did not deter this specific thief. As a result, Ma Mee has filed a report to the Cherng Talay police.

The Cherng Talay Police Chief Colonel Chalermchai Hernsawat told the Phuket Express that they are tracking down the suspect from CCTV footage in the house and the nearby area. The Cherng Talay Police found that on the same night, a suspect broke into other two houses in the area and is believed to be the same individual.

Ma Mee is particularly well-known for her appearances in Thai horror films, such as the Art of the Devil series and Mae Bia (Snake Lady). She has also, however, appeared in romantic comedies and dramas as well like Butterfly Man.
