Another Successful Full Moon Party in Thailand

Pha Ngan Island, Surat Thani –

More than 10,000 tourists are joining in the 5th Full Moon Party this year on Pha Ngan Island.

Tourists were waiting for boats at the pier in Baan Bang Rak, Bo Phut sub-district on Samui Island on Thursday (May 4th). They are heading to the Rin Beach in Baan Tai sub-district, Pha Ngan Island to join in the fifth Full Moon Party of this year on Thursday night. It takes half an hour from Samui Island to the Rin Beach on Pha Ngan Island.

The Surat Thani Governor Mr. Wichawut Jintoe told Thai media that officials are to strictly focus on tourist safety especially both at piers and at the Full Moon Party. Business operators are urging locals to be good hosts and to welcome tourists.
