At 8:00 AM on June 1st, 2024, Phraratchawang police officers and relevant agencies captured a suspect accused of committing multiple robberies at popular tourist attractions in Bangkok since 2010.

The suspect, publicly identified only as 55-year-old Ms. Pornthip, was arrested at a condominium in Soi Pradiphat 23, Phaya Thai, Bangkok, based on an arrest warrant issued by the Dusit District Court.

She had been recently released from prison in March 2024 for possessing illicit substances and resumed her criminal activities shortly thereafter.
