The Phuket Kwaeng Court has issued a letter to the Thai Immigration Commander. They stated that the court has dismissed the case of bodily and mind harm by Mr. David, 45, a Swiss national, against the Thai female doctor.

His visa revocation order which would have seen him blacklisted and deported has been requested to be cancelled, although it is unclear if the Royal Thai Immigration will fully approve the request.

Acting Minister of the Interior Anutin Charnvirakul had previously pledged to see David deported, but with his case dropped, it is now unclear if that order will stand. David has refrained from direct comments as of press time on the outcome of the case and mostly kept a low profile during the court proceedings.
