Tragic Accident Involving Famous Thai Singer Claims Two Lives

Bangkok – In a tragic incident on Thursday morning, October 10th, a minivan driven by a famous Thai singer collided with a motorbike in Sai Mai, resulting in the deaths of two individuals.

Emergency responders reported that they were notified of the accident at 4:00 A.M. on the Thepparak Overpass in Or-Ngern. Upon arrival, they found the body of Ms. Teanphon, 28, near the damaged motorbike and minivan. Additionally, Mr. Jakkrapat, 21, was discovered with severe injuries on Sukhaphiban 5 Road, 10 meters below the overpass. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but was later pronounced dead.

Ms. Jinnipa, 24, who sustained only minor injuries, recounted the events to emergency responders. She explained that her younger brother, Mr. Jakkrapat, was driving the motorbike with her and their elder sister as passengers. The motorbike had stopped on the left side of the road after she dropped her drinking water bottle. While she was retrieving the bottle, the minivan crashed into the motorbike, causing her brother and older sister to be thrown onto the road.

The minivan driver, Mr. Manassawin (Sirisak) Nantasaen, 63, known as ‘Tik Shiro’, was at the scene, visibly distraught and apologizing to the victims. The Khannayao Police are continuing their investigation, including conducting an alcohol breath test on the singer for further legal action.
