Previously, Sirisak Nuntasane, commonly known by the stage name Tik Shiro, a 63-year-old famous Thai singer, was involved in a van collision in Bangkok with a motorcycle on the night of October 10th, 2024. The accident resulted in one death and two injuries.
On October 15th, Khannayao police revealed that Tik Shiro’s blood alcohol level was 106 milligrams percent, exceeding the legal limit of 50 milligrams percent.
He has been charged with three offenses: 1) Drunk driving causing death, 2) Drunk driving causing serious injury, and 3) Drunk driving causing property damage, according to the police.
Tik Shiro reportedly met with investigators on October 14th to acknowledge the charges and was released.
Local authorities will now gather evidence to submit to the public prosecutor, and a negotiation meeting will be arranged between Tik Shiro and the victims regarding compensation.
