The Royal Thai Army 2nd Region itself posted a warning just minutes ago in English and Thai:

Cambodia will fire BM-21 multiple rocket launchers into Thai territory with the intent to cause casualties and losses. They will take advantage off nighttime when detection is difficult and to create panic.
The army asks all citizens to stay in safe locations located in border areas and provinces as evacuations continue.
