BANGKOK: The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) has continued its crackdown under Operation “SEVENTY-FOUR MILLION,” dismantling more of the Premsuk365 online gambling network in Bangkok and arresting three additional suspects. Authorities seized assets valued at more than 3 million baht.
Officers from the Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD) arrested Mr. Chaiwat, 32, under Criminal Court arrest warrant No. 5304/2569; Mr. Atipat, 37, under warrant No. 5307/2569; and Mr. Naret, 33, under warrant No. 4477/2569. They face charges of jointly organizing unlicensed online gambling and conspiring to launder money. The arrests were made in Nonthaburi and Bangkok.

Police said the case began after they received information about bank accounts showing unusual transactions linked to the Premsuk365 gambling website. The network was reported to have monthly cash flow exceeding 1.5 billion baht. Officers then launched Operation “SEVENTY-FOUR MILLION,” which earlier led to the arrest of four suspects described as mule-account holders and cash collectors, along with the seizure of assets worth more than 74 million baht.
Follow-up investigation identified people alleged to have received proceeds and directed cash withdrawals. Police obtained arrest warrants and searched two locations in Nonthaburi and Bangkok, resulting in the three additional arrests. Seized items included a Toyota Vellfire Z Premier, mobile phones and iPads, with a combined value of more than 3 million baht. The suspects were handed over to investigators for legal proceedings.

In initial questioning, Mr. Chaiwat confessed that he collected money and delivered it to the website owner. Mr. Atipat confessed that he withdrew cash and gathered funds for transfer. Mr. Naret declined to give a statement at the time of arrest and during questioning.
The operation was directed under the command of Police General Kittirat Phanphet, Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police; Police General Thana Chuwong, Deputy Commissioner-General; Police Lieutenant General Jirapop Phuridet, Assistant Commissioner-General; Police Lieutenant General Nattasak Chaowanasai, Commissioner of the Central Investigation Bureau; Police Major General Chananat Sarathawanphaet, Commander of the Technology Crime Suppression Division; and senior TCSD officers, including Police Colonel Neti Wongkulap, Police Colonel Pichet Khamphiranon, and Police Colonel Chitsanupong Waidee. Field units from Subdivision 3 of the TCSD carried out the arrests.

CIB said it remains committed to acting professionally, impartially and in support of the public.
