The Royal Thai navy announced, yesterday, February 11th, the launch of the first ‘Thai Submarines’ Facebook page to provide accurate information about the Navy submarines, according to Navy spokesman Chettha Jaipiem.

The page has shared its first post yesterday stating that the ‘Thai Submarines’ official fan page, launched by the Thai Navy, will give out important facts and information to raise the correct awareness of submarines in general.

It will also be, according to the Navy, a useful source of research and exchange of information related to submarines from every platform, including articles, documentaries, research, and interesting news.

Admiral Chatchai Srivorakan, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Navy, said that he was determined to bring about mutually beneficial learning. The department has always provided a reliable source of information and this time it will be published on social media for public use.

Those who have some related information about the submarines are also welcome to share and give opinions, according to his statement.
