Details on the twenty one deaths of Covid – 19 in Thailand today which includes Bangkok

The Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) in Bangkok today (May 1st) reported a total of 21 deaths in Thailand.

Thailand has announced 1,884 new domestic confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the Kingdom this morning (May 1st) with 7 imported cases for a total of 1,891 cases of the virus with 21 new deaths reported, in the past 24 hours.

Details about the 21 deaths in Thailand today are:

  • Nine males and 12 females aged between (39-90)
  • Ten fatalities were in Bangkok (10)
  • Two fatalities were in Chonburi and two in Samut Prakan (4)
  • One fatality was in Ubon Ratchathani, Kalasin, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Pathum Thani, and Petchburi. (7)

Most patients have a personal health problem such as high blood pressure (10), diabetes (9), heart disease (4), high cholesterol (3), strokes (3), cancer (2), obesity (2), chronic lung disease (2), chronic kidney disease (4), bedridden (4).

Four of them did not have any personal health issues and some are unknown.

The Chonburi Department of Public Health announced 106 new and confirmed cases of Covid-19 this morning (May First).
