Minor International CEO sends letter to Thai government to urge removal of on-arrival PCR testing and test and go paperwork

The following is a letter sent from Minor International CEO and Thai Citizen William “Bill” Heinecke to the Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan O’Cha and other relevant government officials late yesterday to urge consideration of easing/lifting current restrictions on international visitors.

The letter is below. His statements and opinions are his own. The Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration, or CCSA, plans to meet next week to discuss the increasing pressure from multiple sectors to ease travel restrictions.
