Genting Dream cruise liner arrives in Patong for the first time

The Genting Dream cruise liner has arrived in Patong for the first time from Singapore and Malaysia

A team of Phuket officials led by the Phuket Vice Governor Amnauy Pinsuwan and the Phuket Tourism Authority of Thailand (Phuket TAT) director Ms. Natasiri Ronnasiri this morning (November 23^rd) at 7:00 A.M. welcomed tourists who have arrived in Patong from the Genting Dream cruise liner.

Mrs. Nongyao Kirandorn the Director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Kuala Lumpur Office told the Phuket Express that the Genting Dream which is travelling from Singapore and Malaysia had arrived in Patong which took five days in total to travel.”

“The Genting Dream has 18 levels with 1,674 rooms, 35 restaurants, Water Parks, rock climbing, rope courses and zipline activities, spas and more.

“There are about 3,000 passengers on the Genting Dream. Many of them are visiting Patong and Phuket for a one-day trip. The Genting Dream will leave Phuket at 7:00 P.M. today (November 23^rd).

Meanwhile the first cruise liner has arrived in Patong, Phuket last month after the Covid -19 situation has been relieved.
