First our previous story:

The body of missing German businessman Hans Peter Mack, 62, was found in a rental home in Pattaya last evening and was confirmed early this morning, July 11th, 2023 around 12:30 AM by Banglamung officials.

Now for our update:

The disassembled body of Mr. Mack was discovered in a large freezer in a rental townhouse within the Chokchai Garden Home 1 Village in Pattaya late last night, after authorities had tracked his whereabouts via CCTV recordings since he was reported missing on July 4th.

The white freezer was tightly sealed with black adhesive tape and was plugged in. It was found inside a bedroom of the unoccupied house.

13 human parts, believed to be severed by a small chainsaw found inside the premises, were found stuffed inside a black plastic bag stored in the freezer. Upon examination of personal identification, it was confirmed that the body parts belong to Mr. Hans Peter Mack, a German real estate businessman who was missing with a three million baht reward for his safe discovery.

According to the Nongprue police, the freezer was transported to the townhouse in question on a truck bed of a black Toyota Hilux Revo allegedly belonging to a 52-year-old German national identified as Mr. Oraf, who is also one of the suspects.

The truck was firstly driven into Soi Nong Hin 5 and then exited the soi with the freezer securely covered on the truck bed. It then traveled to a rental home in the Chokchai Garden Home 1 Village, where the body of Mr. Mack was found.

As of press time, Nongprue police revealed to The Pattaya News that they are preparing to request arrest warrants for two German nationals, Mrs. Petra Christl Grundgreif and Mr. Oraf Thorsten Brinkmann, and one Pakistani national under suspicion of conspiring to murder Mr. Mack and concealing, transporting, and destroying his body.

The Pakistani suspect, whose name has not yet been released by authorities, was seen sitting on the bed truck next to the freezer, according to a CCTV recording.
