Thai Bus Company Responds to Social Media Complaints About Allegedly Poorly Maintained Bus

The Transport Co., Ltd. revealed to the public that there was a complaint circulating on social media regarding the alleged horrible condition of a VIP bus.

In response to the complaint, Transport Co., Ltd. investigated the transport service provider on the Bangkok – Mukdahan route and issued initial measures.


The controversial bus in question is suspended until maintenance is complete and ready for service. Furthermore, the individual transport service provider will be fined 10,000 baht based on not following their contract in providing a bus that is ready for service.

The Transport Company also stated and advised customers that rather than complaining on social media they advised all passengers to file complaints directly about their service experience to the Transport Company via their call center at 1490.
