Sticky Situation on Ramindra Road: Lorry Carrying Syrup Flips Over, Causing Traffic Jam

Bangkok—

At 5:00 AM, on October 26th, 2023, Pol. Lt. Bancha Chantanakul, the Deputy Traffic Inspector, and Khan Na Yao police officers received an accident report that an 18-wheel lorry carrying syrup flipped over on Ramindra Road, Bangkok.

The police officers and a volunteer team were dispatched to the accident scene and found the lorry had flipped over on the roadside with syrup flying over more than 50 meters. According to the police report, there were a few motorcycles that slipped and fell and as a result three individuals suffered minor bruises.

The traffic inspectors had to temporarily close two lanes to relocate the lorry from the sticky situation which caused a traffic jam for several hours.

As for the three motorcyclists who fell, the Khan Na Yao police officers took them to record the incident in an investigative report as evidence.
