On November 3rd, 2023, Mr. Kong Chi Kueng, a member of the executive committee of BTS Group Holdings PLC, publicly announced the establishment of a new subsidiary company “Smart EV Bike Ltd.”
The new subsidiary company has a registered capital of 20 million baht for leasing electric motorcycles for motorcycle hail-riding services in Bangkok BTS areas and other related businesses with electric motorcycles.
BTS Group Holdings PLC holds shares of Smart EV Bike Ltd. of 66.7%, and Winnonie Ltd, a subsidiary company of Bangchak Corporation PLC which holds shares of 33.3%.
