To further facilitate incoming tourists, there is an application called SAWASDEE by AOT which provides info on services at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Airlines would have check-in counter services available in large numbers to meet the demand of the surging tourists and passengers can load their luggage up to four hours in advance, remarked the Suvarnabhumi Director.

All passengers may choose to use public transportation linked to Suvarnabhumi Airport in various ways such as taxis, Airport Rail Links, buses, and airport private limousines, the Suvarnabhumi Director stated.
