In response to the airport services, Srettha instructed relevant agencies to find solutions for spending less time in the checking-in process. Srettha also stated that he would perform a surprise inspection again by himself.

“The Thai government aimed to advance Thai airports as an aviation hub in the Asian region, embracing international tourists worldwide. My visit today proved to be a good opportunity to make Thailand’s tourism a potential world class tourist destination,” remarked Srettha.

Earlier on the same day, Srettha visited former Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra who resided at “Chan Song La” Manor.

After a two-hour visit, Srettha revealed to Thai national media about his visit to Thaksin that they mostly talked about his health conditions and his blessing for the well-being of Thaksin. Srettha confirmed that there were no political or business discussions involved during the visit, according to him.
