Karaoke Raided in Bangkok for Alleged Child Sexual Exploitation

Bangkok –

A karaoke in Jomthong was raided where law enforcement reportedly uncovered two minors who had been sexually exploited.

The raid at ‘Tuk Ta Karaoke’ on the Phuttha Bucha Road in Bang Mod after midnight today (June 28th) came after officers from the Department of Provincial Administration (DOPA) were notified of the situation from the International Anti Trafficking Network.

DOPA officers told TPN media that the karaoke was initially found with no license. They had thirteen female staffers who were found servicing customers.
